Denjiro is super hate filled, so I can see him siding with Hiyori, but what about Kawamatsu her other most trusted ally will he side with her despite the racism he experienced in the past?

Hiyori may have strong hatred towards Kurozumi clan for what she went through, so her expressing that would be one thing.

But if they are indoctrinating children with this, that is SO VERY BAD.

Nah it's not that shallow. This is definitely a political commentary. Everything from the corrupt leaders of Wano to the closing of the borders has been heavy-handed criticisms of Japan's xenophobic policies. I don't think people of Wano's hatred plotline will be resolved until the borders are open.
