He went from having trouble against a 800 douriki fighter to defeat a 2000 one while weakened, and still have strength to face other marines that were raiding Enies Lobby.
Nothing supports that Sanji isn't ready to defeat Queen, and in fact there is quite a good amount of hints for this match. I mean, it is even possible that the only reason why Queen has such fruit is Sanji himself and the inspiration behind his raid suit.

Right now all we have of the YC aside from Katakuri are the makings of a shitty game. Knowing that Queen turns full Dino and does a headbutt and judging King by his attack on Big Mom.
We don't even know what stealth black will mean for Sanji's style. In a mediocre game it would just be good enough for a basic cinematic attack right now.

If Zoro will get advanced CoA while Sanji gets advanced CoO the perfect match up would be
Sanji vs King
Zoro vs Queen
Sanji with advanced CoO can keep up with King speed while Zoro with advanced CoA can deal significant damage to Queen.
Zoro vs King and Zoro gets advanced CoA doesn't make sense to me since King is a speedy type opponent and Zoro needs high CoO to keep up wih King.
The same way Sanji vs Queen. Sanji gets advanced CoO doesn't make sense since what Sanji needs to defeat Queen is high DC or high CoA so Sanji develops advanced CoO won't help him in his fight against Queen.
I think Zoro and Sanji will get advanced CoA and CoO respectively after Wano due to match up.
Sanji vs Queen. With RS Sanji increases his durability since without it he is durable enough to tank Doffy attack that cut meteor. With RS Queen has to rely on his virus. Sanji might develop his exoskeleton in this fight.
Zoro vs King. After Enma training Zoro might increase his CoA and his DC also increases further. King might dance around Zoro for 8 to 10 hours and Zoro gets cut a lot to the point of dying and Zoro might only need 1 or 2 attack to finish off King. Zoro might develop Ashura and his left eye mystery might be revealed. Zoro might also learns an ability to cut fire.
