God Valley precedes Ohara incident by about 18 years.
If God Valley disappeared, most likely Imu already exist.
Perhaps it's because Ohara wasn't a rebel Kingdom.
They were scholars.
Maybe whatever Imu has uses a lot of energy and its a waste to use it when a Buster Call is enough to obliterate scholars who don't know how to fight.

As many other users said, O'Hara was made an example to the world and even then they didn't want to kill all it's citizens since this was a Akainu decision.

Everyone knows what happened to O'Hara in the OP world, nobody that didn't know Lulusia Kingdom will ever know it existed.
The same goes for God Valley, two completely different thing and if you cannot comprehend that it's your problem and not of people that actually reads the manga with their eyes.

Everyone knew what happened to O'hara because the WG blasted news paper all around the world about what happened to Ohara spreading propaganda that they were evil and then placing a bounty on Robin. They could have easily did the samething to Ohara as they did to Lulusia.
Your logic about Lulusia Kingdom saying, "nobody that didn't know Lulusia will ever know it existed" can be easily said about O'Hara.

The island did exist, they just destroyed it this chapter. They didn't want the world to know about this weapon is a lame excuse. WG loves showing off their power. They created Pacifista and then proceeded to broad cast it to the whole world. Then flipped the bird at the warlords and made it big news because they had sephereium.
What's hard to understand that Imu wants Lulusia erased from history as the WG themselves were saying opposed to making the O'Hara incident known worldwide?
