I think this is how Lulusia was saved, too.

Kuma's Fruit is based on repelling things, and Kuma was with the Revolutionaries when they were listening in on Sabo. I believe Vegapunk's programming also caused Kuma to save Sabo and Lulusia, by repelling the death rays long enough to teleport the people out from the kingdom.

Kuma teleported the Straw Hats away from Kizaru, who was going to kill them with beams of light. This would be a mirror of that.
