This technique is freaking ridiculous. The cyclone winds can cut through THICK STEEL PLATES. And Zoro says it is maintained until his opponent gets dragged to the depths of Hell (whatever that means)

As we know, Zoro cuts Steel using Haki. Doesn't this mean this is basically a Haki Tornado that Zoro literally let's shred the surroundings semi-autonomously. TF?

Seriously, with those types of attacks Cracker's soldiers won't be much of a problem for Zoro. Especially once it performed with blacken haki.
