We just learned that shit ourselfs lol - and i am not sure if it works for literaly everything. We had much stronger people than sugar being effected by her DF and not able to turn themselfs back - can be inconsistency and plot reasons ofc - or Oda simply didin't think about it before.
And even BB was worried to get turned into stone and i highly doubt his Haki is so weak that he wouldn't be able to do the same thing as Law.
It also depends on how they are turned into stone - is it only the outside or are they completely turned to stone, their Brain etc. aswell. Well then they obvious can't use Haki nor even think lol

You cant use haki after being turned into a toy or stone

Trying to figure this stuff out and how it works is now being ''negative''? What are you smoking? OK guys we are not allowed to disguss anything here, because we have to stay ''positive'' and just scream GODA and HYPE.
