Tobi Roppo was kinda a mixed bag:
X Drake & Who's Who: Hands-down flawless
Pg 1 & Uruti: Meh design, but strong potential
Sasaki & Black Maria: Instantly forgettable

But the the Elite Gifters made up for it (i.e. Wolf-Man & that JoJo-style gorilla Gifter lady)

But even without ANY of this, the chapter still gets a 10/10
We finally got to see Apoo in his natural habitat

That's the best part, she's clearly not splitting off with Shishilian, she's going through the center of Onigashima with the Strawhats.

this is so underwhelming....Kaido saying Doflamingo being weak was his fault while Doflamingo easily beat Law ( and Luffy too if not for G4 and others helping ) when Law is supposedly of the strongest supernovas and then here we have Kaido's STRONGEST after AllStar being XDrake....
is Kaido trying to say Doflamingo is weaker than XDrake or calling his own AllStars weak as well....

He’s mentioned the title, but that doesn’t mean he’s intimately familiar with the system itself and the overall threat of one. He knows Kaido, that’s really it. And the Kaido that Kinemon knows is from 20 years ago, not the monster they see now. The speech as stated gives the impression that the speaker very well knows the threat of the title, and that each one is elite. They didn’t say “be proud that we’ve challenged Kaido,” they says “Yonko”. Jinbe worked under two of them and knows their strength and the strength of the other two, having seen it up close. Kinemon wouldn’t know that like Jinbe would, which is why it wouldn’t really sound right to me if it was him

Dude i'm telling you it wasn't Jinbei as just before that Brook highlights the samurais determinations while their boats are sinking.
Also the speech bubbles in that instance are directly over the bridge while just before that, Jinbei specifically tells Ussop and the others to disembark the ship while he and Franky try to save some alliance ships from sinking. So the speech bubbles couldn't have come from jinbei when he is still on the Sunny,while the speech bubble originate from the bridge where kinemon is changing the alliance members' clothes.
It is actually silly to think Jinbei would even adress the alliance like that when he is a literal nobody to them dude..
The person making the speech is 100% Kinemon.
