Katakuri can't see 2 futures lol, and he can't see what will happen if he changes the future he saw. He basically saw Sanji dodging the priest, so he took actions instead but Sanji still dodged because it's just a jellybean and Sanji had his CoO active. It's still a good feat because it means his CoO has wide range but it's not FS.
