Well, it actually does help them. If you have xxx amount of resources in reserve for dealing with Yonko and then suddenly two of them get cobbled then you can reallocate xxx resources for dealing with Warlords, who have nowhere near the same amount of resources as two whole Emperors.

I don't agree, I don't think that they are going to be very sucessful at capturing the warlords and I suspect that BB will taunt them again soon.
