Nope. An Admiral can lose before the final war, just like 2 Yonko can lose and be irrelevant before the Final War or Laugh Tale.

the yonko were always irrelevant except BB and Shanks
that's why Buggy is a yonko now and Kaido and Big Mom combined alliance lost to an alliance of few rookies

The Admirals are Oda's favourite Japanese actors which he revived into characters in his own manga as an homage.
Admirals >>>> Yonko in terms of relevance for Oda

that's the point why you don't understand oda's writing at all

he's probably gonna destroy some of them, clash with zoro and luffy for a brief moment and then there will be somebody interfering like Vegapunk or Sentomarou to tell Kizaru that the SHs helped him against Cp0 and then everything will be broke up and Kizaru will let them go on to the next arc
