I am thinking more and more that Kaido's son is indeed a child or a teen.

Cant be Queen tho, it's either Kaido's son or another dude

if it's Kaido's son then it could make sense why Sasaki and Who's who will not even try to bring him back even if King orders them, as he (Kaido's son) is their former captain. Could be a matter of respect, or they're aware of his strength.
But if so, then Kaido's son current position in the crew is not clear at all. He's not directly below the All-Star like the Tobi Roppo (they were talking about replacing Queen), yet he (or whoever this ex-captain of WW and Sasaki is) aims to be an All-Star.
