In my opinion it is most like not, as @dirtyLarry said in the past, the war/battle must placed in Wano so the people their could see Kaidos end. The people in Wano must get the hell before they can gain the victory. Also we are still in Act3 and that means in the kabuki theater a bad hard defeat for the heroes and a dramatic story(lose for the heroes) which even open more the result of a lose in Onigashima, how Oda gonna handle it, we gonna see it most like later.

But my speculation is based on a lose in Onigashima so my though:
Luffy vs first Jack(he want to beat him up)or Kaido Son(if he is stronger then a YC1 lvl character, I can even see Kid and Luffy fighting together to take him out) and after Kaido vs Luffy
Zoro vs Who´s Who(beating a calamity potential lvl character)
Sanji vs Pageone/xDrake
Jinbei vs Sasaki
Mid and low trio Shp vs Headliners/
RS vs Queen and King

No way that the Mid-Low SHp gonna face characters who pose a lvl to became a calamity, at least not in a 1on1 fight, they need most like a RS as major help to face them.

Luffy, Kaido and Momo are for certain having a scene change to the Flower Capital for the very end of the fight, so the citizens can see those two triumph over Kaido. Orochi will most likely be with him, with the two trying to wipe out the the people of Wano, like they said they would to Oden, after the defeat of the Beast Pirates has left them with nothing to lose. This will be a race in the skies, Oda's favourite ticking time bomb scenario, with Momo carrying Luffy and overcoming his fear of flight.

Zoro is also likely to eventually end up in the Flower Capital, where, like Ryuma, he cuts a dragon out of the sky. That could be as a conclusion to the fight with King, it could be him landing a last gasp hit on Dragon Kaido to get him out of the sky before him and Luffy finish their fight on land.

The majority of the battles are going to be in the here and now, on Onigashima, and will be won by the alliance. It's just going to be putting down Kaido that's going to seem impossible- we're probably going to see Kaido singlehandedly wipe out a ton of characters, albeit characters who have already fought and are exhausted. But the sinking of the ships, and the fact they've planned this raid to coincide with the full moon so the Minks are at full powers, shows that Onigashima is where most of the fights go down.

Basically how I think it will go

-fights in Onigashima, won by most of the Alliance. This is where we get Luffy, Kid and Law against Kaido
-a big twist with Big Mom
-Kaido wins, but his crew (except maybe King) are beaten. He flies off to Wano with Orochi in a rage to annihilate the Flower Capital
-a battered Luffy flies on Momo after him, maybe with Zoro. Whatever the case, we'll need Zoro to somehow get there as well.
-we'll get Zoro vs a dragon in the FC
-Luffy will beat Kaido there

Yeah, I think Wano's still got shit tons left. The fire festival is gonna fail. Can't have them succeed on their first attempt.

Likely they'll sneak around until they get caught, a few 1 v 1s against Flying 6 will go down but things get interrupted or a few members of the straw hats lose. This will give them a new personal goal for them to overcome. Everyone ends up getting fucked and they're about to be wiped out. Reinforcements arrive, Neko, Grand Fleet (don't ask how) etc. Alliance retreats on these new ships back to mainland Wano. Kaido takes a new hostage? King's love of torture becomes relevant on the hostage.

The real final battle takes place after they've recovered (however long that takes) at both Wano and Onigashima IMO. I'm confident they will lose and end up back on Wano. Also there's still this hanging gag just waiting to flourish.
There's no way that nothing comes of this knowing Oda. Urashima will have some gag interaction with Chopper at some point down the line, and since the fat ass isn't at Onigashima, then Chopper's gonna be coming back to Wano.

For match ups , my predictions for final battles:

Luffy vs Kaido (with help and shit tons of buffs)
Zoro vs King
Sanji vs Queen
Jinbe vs Jack
Franky vs Sasuki
Brook vs Who's Who
Robin vs Black Maria
Nami vs Ulti
Chopper vs Page One

More people are defo gonna show up in this war. Potentially Usopp's fight, but out of what we've got, that's all I can think of.

I just want to say Jinbe vs Smoothie makes much more sense than Jinbe vs Jack. Sulong mode boosted the shit out of Carrot, if the Dukes ever use it during the war it would be against Jack, and sure as hell two sulong Dukes would be more than enough to fuck Jack up.

Jinbe's abilities are also good to take down Smoothie, Shibo Shibo no Mi can drain liquids, but one of its major weaknesses is that the user would be abnormally giant if he absorbed too much liquid. Jinbe is in the middle of Onigashima which is surrounded by the sea so he can take advantage of the infinite amounts of water to make Smoothie so big that she barely moves then strike her useless pussy with a Vagabond Drill.

Everyone/Supernova's/Scabbards/Former WB pirates vs. Kaido/BM Luffy and Kid will deliver final blows to Kaido/BM respectively.

- Luffy vs. "Ace" (he will receive massive help with Kaido imo, so this may happen first)

Although it might be true. But then how will the whole alliance escape? Their numbers aren’t small to easily all run away !! The two weeks left fro Hawkins prediction either mean there’s another huge threat after Wano like maybe the new rocks vs SHs or just like you said they lose now and have another round against BP and BMP alliance tho still it’s hard to imagine away for them to survive this battle if they lose completely.

Wano ard isn't ending on Onigashima
And there is still 2 more weeks left for Hawkins predictions...

The Main players wont die except 1 or 2
Most samurais and pirates will die or be captured during fire festival

The same way Oda made Alliance escape at tea party or Luffy being saved by Jinbei or Luffy finding brulee escape Kata.

Neko + others will save the alliance hist when they are about to be killed/captured

They will go back to Wano at Udon to hide and recover. While Navy or others keep Yonoo Crews at bay

The question shouldn't be how would they escape or survive but who/what will help them survive/escape?

Didn't you know, King is YC3 now, so Ndule will be right about Zoro facing a YC3 at the end of the arc. It'll just be King instead of YC3 Kyoshiro :milaugh:

I don't see the Alliance losing now, not when Oda already did it in this arc. Luffy already got trounced by kaido, he already trained is ass off for two weeks, and if he doesn't finish the Beast Pirates here, they won't be able to last two weeks. They won't be able to travel around Wano anymore, nor to hide, they won't have access to food (as it was already stated at Tokage harbor by Kin'emon).

For me, it makes no sense for the Alliance to lose here and now. Act III of Wano will probably end with Luffy, Kidd and Law against the two Yonko after their alliance have managed to clear out the Beast and Big Mom Pirates. Then Act IV is the super long fight against those two monsters. Act V is the triumph and aftermath of the battle.
