I think politics is one thing. But when you say that you're willing to commit a hate crime against transwomen simply for using a bathroom, a literal basic part of their existence, there's no argument to be had. You're just a hateful transphobe.
If you think that your daughter will not be safe around transwomen, simply because they are transwomen, by definition you are transphobic. You are afraid of trans people, aka transphobic.
Gender isn't defined by chromosomes. There is no way for you to tell what chromosomes people have. Gender is determined by gender expression. If a person expresses themselves as a woman, then they are a woman. If they express themselves as a man, then they are a man.

Genes are in chromosomes and expression of genes do play role to some extent in your temperament, traits and behaviour. It plays role in your personality though not entirely.
As far as biological sex is concerned then yes it's determined by chromosomes as well all know.
However, in rare cases.."rare" we find that sometimes Y chromosome isn't expressed.

Regardless of their gender expression, if you don't see anything wrong with a biological male being in the same room with a biological female, then there is something wrong with you. All people deserve their rights regardless of how they identify as; if they don't want it, you cannot force straight women to be in the same room as a biological male even if it's a transwoman just like how you can't force a transwoman to be in the same room as a straight man.
It determines the tendency and regulates hormone production in different ways. Male, thanks to the Y chromosome, produce much more androgen. This makes average men having more muscle mass and bone density, and you dont expect women to play in the same sports with men. They also regulate your sexual interest differentl.
