The community ALWAYS have shitted on Sanji.
This "I was a huge sanji fan, until I took an arrow in the knee" is the biggest cap.
Its part of the fandom war.
We still will have New bounties, Sanji is still fighting an Admiral, etc.
Oda literally created a term for both Zoro and Sanji to hype them as powerhouses in the crew.
Its not "a long time ago". It was literally last arc.
He even had an entire huge arc dedicated to him, with a new dive on his background.
"Year of Sanji". A declaration of Oda himself, that stirred the saltiest reaction ever.
This forum has a "decade of zoro" thread. This should be proof enough of the salt.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, take a break from WG, since this is, in majority, an anti-sanji Space and go look for somewhere less biased againt the character.
Then you will realize the most takes people have on Sanji here are nothing but hard crack garbage.
