Typically, a landlord buys a housing complex with a loan from the bank. The rent money is initially meant to pay off the bank and the rest of the complex, so that the rent money goes into paying for the water, electric and gas while also filling the landlord's pockets.
Landlord's tend to get impatient and up the rent in order to pay off their liabilities and soon as possible. Some landlords do it just to put some extra cash in their pocket. Economic regression is also a factor.

Usually if you start talking about :
- "Woke"
- "People of fight the current thing"
- "Gender theories"
- If you are calling onlyfan girls /or twitch girls "hoes"
- If you are sharing things stuff or ideologies related to the daily Wire (Jordan P, Matt W & Ben S)
Then you are just sharing alt right rethoric meant to:
- Legiligitimize leftist struggles and movements for social justice
- Attack women and trans people
- Attack LGBTQ+ in large
- Promote sexist, masculinist, confusionnist and sometimes crypto fascist idea.
But hey.. you have your "free speech" so you do what you want (especially here). Just don't forget that I have mine too.

I mostly respect artistic and academic jobs. I disrespect cops wether they harm anyone or not because they’re mostly far right wing for instance. I disrespect hoes because they don’t seem to understand that they should look for a job requiring SKILLS to build themselves as a person. What I'm denouncing in your guy's rethoric, is real alt right rethoric. This doesn't means that you are alt-right (I would need a lot of repetition of a certain type of speech to be certain of that) it's just means that.. well.. you are using their rethoric.. most likely without realizing it.
