Lucci and Kaku feel like a plot device to tell us who the Gorosei are and to serve as cannon fodder for the Seraphim or Saturn and Kizaru so Luffy and Zoro don't have to job.
The more competent they look now the better Zoro looks when he steps up to either defeat S-Hawk or stop Kizaru.

That’s a good way to do it.

But Oda is not gonna miss out on the orgasmic pleasure he feels when Luffy jobs the first time to arc villain. Imo Luffy/Zoro as a duo cannot job. The last it happened was in W7 (excluding Sabaody). So, Zoro getting lost is inevitable.

Shouldnt Zoro be able to create an hakified sword now with CoC Lightning , launch invisible blade and enhance his Speed like flash with the force?


CoC is basically Pandora box,it create New possibility for Zoro to grew as a Swordman.

Even Zoro no Sword style will be on another level.
