Oda already explained that Lanji awakened the handouts and the eyebrows changed and then went back to normal. They aren't changing again since he already got all the handouts. :kobeha:

Again with the bright pink-purple almost unnatural hues. I've personally came to dislike much of Oda's choices in terms of color in recent years. Wano with its multicolored borderline-Tumblrina hairstyles is unbearable in the anime.
