Another caveat to consider in the Uro case:
The only time we saw her fight was in a free for all against Yuta (only second to Gojo as far as sorcerers go) and Ryu (strongest guy of his era)
Meanwhile Yuki fought Kenjaku after having enough time to formulate a plan, and had Choso as a diversion tactic.

this statement alone should show that there is no comparison to who is the strongest female in JJK - kanjaku wasn't even sure he'd win in a 1v1.
Rank them from strongest to weakest (dont even know why you listed a few of these in here)

if youre including uro idk why you didnt count Rika in this contest cause shed be the strongest maybe bar Yuki given how she neg diffed kenjakus special grade and he stated using any other would be a waste

lmfao yuji and maki are trying to kill him and all they've managed to do is make sukuna laugh - even uruame just took maki out with one attack.
i dont think when you are attempting to kill someone you dont go all.
Suzuka is Gojo's cousin so it makes sense. 
I haven't read the newest chapter yet, only some short spoilers, but Maki wasn't going all out from what I peeped either.

she hasnt used it yet but she is getting slapped around with 10% CE sukuna while being heavily restricted by megumi everytime he attacks them
roight roight, thats exactly why she told yuji shes increasing her speed and if he can keep up with her, which he was. yujis speed and strength rn are far greater than when he went against hanami - the dudes speeds are already on par with makis - he literally jumped from one building and surprised sukuna on his first attack with pure leg strength shattering the building so please dont talk about nonsense here.

Also, Sukuna compliments Uraume's decision to put more focus on freezing Maki rather than Yuuji. I mean he says it's good Uraume focused on Maki cause she would be more problematic at that moment.
I think Uro is above Maki for now still since Yuta fought Uro and saying that Maki is relative to Yuta in strength is just weird.
