I think most of you know that Yoshitsune(zoro) is the samurai who fought Benkei(onimaru) at the bridge, ,I found something interesting , Tokiwa Gozen who is the mother of Yoshitsune who is known in literature and art, with an incident in which she fled through the snow, protecting her three young sons(one of them Yoshitsune ) within her robes during Rebellion , her husband was defeated in that Rebellion at the capital but managed to escape but later he was betrayed and killed when he was having a bath naked and unarmed ,his last words were “If I had even a wooden sword,…”
the interesting thing is that his wife Tokiwa Gozen ,Yoshitsune's mother surrendered to the lord that killed her husband to save her mother, then he spare her 3 children but to become his concubine in exchange and she had daughter from that lord .

This is an interesting story.
If Zoro's family is based on this story, Zoro has 2 brothers and a half sister.
Those jokes of Kaido being Zoro's father (step father) might just end up true
It would probably explain why Zoro has the no sword style, to prevent situations where he can't fight
Now the real question is how Zoro ended up in Shimotsuki village if this story is true.

Tha post was made with context of Zoro's family being based on the story of Yoshitsune, whereby his dad died cause he was unarmed and wished to have had even a wooden sword to fight with. Zoro has the no swordstyle so he would be fine even without swords.
