We don't know precisely, but his best feats are breaking WW's defense and beating Wadatsumi with a high-end move, which scales up to mountain level more or less. That's where S-Hawk sits as of now too.

Sure, but Haki doesn't bypass things. It just makes attacks abnormally strong, and it does work effectively against DF-based abilities. But these defenses are a bit different. And we know for a fact that physical attacks work on Sanji even without Haki.

Which makes scaling the attacks all the more easy. Pretty sure this makes S-Shark much inferior to Queen. I find it weird how S-Hawk another Seraphim would be that many leagues above him tbh.

- This is also not true, he was already a world renowned genius, and the smartest mf in OP world before Clover and Ohara. Simply refer to this M.A.D storyline. All of Judge's and Ceasar's work that they derived from Vegapunk is based on pre-Ohara shit.
- Even when we include Clover and Ohara, it's the equivalent of trying to discredit doctors and engineers who learn and apply the knowledge they gain from books they study.
- Only if copying and pasting those as was easy as just copy and paste. Bro is creating whole organic life forms with DF powers and other DNAs of multiple species mixed together.

For example, this was pre-Ohara info, which he doesn't get until he meets Saul in Elbaf.
