I understand Carrot fans frustrations, she indeed was robbed of a good-bye scene with SH.
Carrot does have significance as a character, if we take into account sheer panel time dedicated to her.
But thinking she's going to join now? Really? What I realistically expect is for her to be present in Final-Final war, where Oda will cook a stew of all villains and protagonists.
