Big Mom is easely the most underestimated and bashed of the Top Tiers but I am pretty sure that those who underestimate her will have a rude awakening once she reveals her true power. Wano is certainely not going to be the end for her whenever it's the alliance or the Marines or the CP0 who fight her.
