Imo, the matchups have to do with crew role and since we know Zoro/Sanji/Jinbe are the #2(Fighter/VC/RH/whatever you want to call it), Cook and Helmsman respectively, I "assume" their top 3 are:

- Shiryu (the #2)
- The Cook (role can only be from Pizarro, Devon whos unlikely, Vasco Shot or the 10th Captain, the rest have defined roles)
- Burgess (the Helmsman)

The difference is Zoro and Usopps character arcs and fighting style are directly related to their roles so they need to fight people with a similar role here.

Namis only ever fought a woman, so it’s likely she’ll fight Devon as Devon would likely focus on and hunt Nami specifically afterall.

Don’t think it’s a stomp given the nature of Pizarro’s DF but I do think Burgess will rank above Pizarro when errting is said & done. Burgess most likely has the highest strength stat amongst the Blackbeard Pirates. Hell he probably ranked the highest even prior to his DF buff.

I'm lost tbh. I was sure the second strongest after Shiryu was Burgess but i agree that this dynamic between Shiryu and Pizarro screams YC1/YC2 and since Pizarro is from North blue Oda may cook up yet another Germa connection.

It's very obvious that Burgess and Pizzaro are the YC2-3

Burgess can actually be Top 2
Pizarro is actually commander of 3rd ship right? Then he's the Jozu of the crew aka YC3
So he might be above Lafitte hm

1st commanders as YC2 : Marco / Burgess
2nd commanders as YC1 : Oden or Ace / Shiryu
3rd commanders as YC3 : Pizarro
5th commanders as YC3/4 : Vista / Lafitte

Lafitte (Vista)~< Pizarro (Jozu) =< Burgess (Marco) < Shiryu (Oden/Ace)

But since Shiryu, Burgess and Lafitte are guaranteed above Pizarro due to their roles /ranks that shows superior authority,
There is no way Oda has one of them below Pizarro.
So it will remain Shiryu > Lafitte >~ Burgess > Pizarro
