Speculations Blackbeard Top 3 commanders

I still believe his top 3 men have to be former level 6 prisoners. The fact they were imprisoned in level 6, which is where the strongest and most dangerous criminals are, is a great testament to their strength, as is the fact they won a battle royal to death in their respective cells. Their feats are much more impressive than anything the other crew members have accomplished. The oldest crew members had a pretty low bounty before the timeskip, which is not the other ones' case otherwise they wouldn't have been put in level 6. And let's not even talk about the way Burgess got badly humiliated in Dressrosa.
Sure, they will become significantly stronger but they have a long way to go in comparison with the newer crew members, who got mad hype and bounties even before the timeskip. So I have no reason to believe that less than 3 of them will be part of BB's top 3 commanders.
So I'd say his top 3 commanders are Shiryu, Pizarro/Sanjuan Wolf (my money is on Pizarro) and Vasco Shot. In this order.

Van Auger is Blackbeard's Usopp. He'll be the best sniper in the world- for a time, until Usopp surpasses him- but in a one on one fight isn't going to hold a candle to the more physical fighters. As such, I can't really consider him stronger than whoever Jinbei is going to fight- Burgess, probably.
Let say he beat Yasopp in a fair 1on1 battle, doesn't this mean he was able to take out a top commander who probably even have a large bounty and beeing one of the strongest commanders ever? In that case sniper don't need to beeing have op physical power. I can see Sniper like Yasopp have a insane haki skill fightstyle and also Van auger who is also very fast. I think in that case Oda will improve alot and show us the skills of high tier Snipes. I would put Van Auger in that case to a Yonkou commander lvl too.
