This chapter has made the role of the good-alligned characters a mistery.
ONE needs to build a lot on Hallow's character for him to win my affection. For now,he knows when it's time to clam up and doesn't succeed in his goals only due to being pampered by the author. Did you guys notice how he lost a arm way earlier than Guts did? But he won't be a satisfying character for being a bottled up one-dimensional young man.
I re-read chapter 3 many days ago,and noticed that the presence of alien villains was already shown,which i missed when reading for the first time. I am a distracted person sometimes,both in real life and browsing the internet.
Tai Long is right. ONE needs to know how to juggle this huge number of things. Not matter how many good ideas a author has for a story,if he doesn't know how to execute them,the story will be a horribly bloated and messed plot instead of a rich universe with countless things to explore.
