It has nothing to do with rebellions around the World. It explicitly says that 8 World Government affiliated countries rebelled BECAUSE of the Lulucia incident....

And because the Celestial Dragons were making an example out of Lulucia Kingdom.... It kind of defeats the purpose for them to make an example of a Country, and nobody knows it was them who did it.

But the rebellion started BEFORE Lulucia was destroyed… This chapter doesn’t mention Lulucia and it’s bepfre

also we see during Lulucia’s destruction that even the marines are told not to speak of Lulucia again

so no, it was not supposed to be a warning or whatever… It was supposed to be erased… like the void century erased where none is supposed to even know what happened

this is a plot hole unless The spoiler providers made a mistake

Knights looking like knights aren't edgy.

A holy knight should look more like a templar, though. They will probably look like Morleys, though.

The thing is, is what happened to Lulucia has already been brought up by other characters, Lucci being one of them. So we've known that this is something already widespread.

Also, the Celestial Dragons were making an example out of Lulucia. It's not very effective if nobody knows about it.

So their own employees blab about it, even the ones who give the CDs sloppy. That doesn't help lol

It's also not a help if you make an example of one and eight others rise up. That's a shitty protection racket.
