A lot of Top Tier characters didn't use their full potential and some got even what we call "clown" treatment.
Situations like this one should not be scaled off of.
The author of the manga tells you thru a character: "I can't go all out here" and fandom somehow tries to push disgusting agenda that they failed because of that.
This situation was really not as big as people make it out to be.

When what is shown contradicts a character statement, the former invalidates the latter. OR better yet, the latter is supposed to be interpreted in the context of the former.
Greenbull said it is impossible yet the picture shows him fighting....which contradicts the statement.
As such, it is to be interpreted according to the context which is he can't go all out because of the CDs.
Taking his statement literally to claim that he wasn't even fighting when you can clearly see he is fighting in his Golem form using his abilities is just poor cope

No, the cope is trying to say that something that 3 people have already said it's not true because you don't like it for your personal reasons.
As I said, Ryo and the other 2 characters have already said what the situation is like, there is absolutely nothing to prove lol.
Also, as you can see neither Fuji nor Ryo attack a single time; that is how much they could fight.

Cause plot. Are you serious? Why didnt Sabo go and defeated Doffy instead of wasting time on Burgess and hangin around? Why was Zoro doing useless cardio on the birdcage instead to go and help Luffy who almost died multiple times?
There are always in every Arc several small plot holes power wise Oda uses for plot device only. He couldnt make any more clear that the Admirals were nerfed here. And he used that for the sake of the story to let the Revo Commanders survive.
Also we literally have seen 2min of them fighting lmao. That was 2 or 3 pages... I doubt you were making such claims when Kaido got trolled and demolished for 3 chapters straight by the Scabbards before fodderizing them. Yonkotards are such hypocrits.

Worth considering Oda does not think like a powerscaler, but as a writer of the story. Maybe they are *technically* able to get rid of the revo commanders without using their destructive moves (And I suspect this reason they're only shown defending themselves) but narratively it allows Oda to hype the revo commanders while at the same time giving Fujitora and Ryokugyu an excuse (hence why this chapter emphasize several times that the location is a nerf)
