It's really simple stuff but unfortunately the OP community is still braindead as usual.

People are powerscaling off of this shit even so it's just a plot device and nothing more.

The revos needed to succeed in their mission and not get beaten and everyone knows that is impossible with 2 admirals around...

So only logical explanation for that to happen is by Oda making bunch of characters say that they have to hold back since it's the holy land and not go into further detail...

It was the same during MF war...

Aokiji didn't instantly defeat Jozu even so we saw what he did to Big Mom's and Blackbeard's Commanders when he negged those instantly... but in order to prolong the war he had Aokiji fight Jozu off panel for a while until he decided now it's time that Aokiji negg diffs him.

We saw GB neg diff entirety of Kaido's crew while drinking booze.

GB and Fuji could neg diff the rev commanders any time they want but due to plot it couldn't happen.

It was kinda the same with Kaido too, he could have neg diffed the scabbards anytime he wanted but for a better plot the scabbards actually put up a fight in the beginning until it was time for the neg diff.

People sadly just want to be dishonest about the admirals.

Well if Loda wasn't so incompetent as a writer and made sure to have airtight logic of why the Admirals aren't dogwalking these shitty ass revos, then there would be no ammo for trolls or powerscalers to use against the Admirals, because right now with what Loda has vomited on the pages we have to conclude that the Admirals are either weaker than we thought or absolutely braindead (especially with Fuji actually attempting to bring down the meteor on Marijoe, which wouldn't only may kill the Celestial Dragons, but also the fucking slaves as well. Like wtf were you thinking there you blind fuck?) I don't put blame on the fans for this, but Loda the incapable writer.

Setting aside that even Garp has bigger bandages after Dadan hit him, Sabo has that kind of badge even one month after the Reveire; when we saw Fujitora, it was just a few days after the fight.
