its happening eventually, this is shounen and new era will always surpass previous ones, roger/garp hype just died and its only due time it happens to shanks too

To be fair, I seem to recall a while ago a similar incident where a fan translation claimed some mad hype about Akainu that turned out to be false. If it seems too good to be true then it probably isn't true. Lol.
This translation doesn't even make sense, it says "in the history" and people are saying it's viz approved too but why would they approve it if it has such a blatant error, where is it being approved anyway?
