Well, I would have had their titles be the head of administration of each of the Blues and GL. Like Saturn would be head of the South Blue or what have you.

No lol. One is a commander for G14 marine base for example. They need to stay at Mary Geoise too. But they also were conveniently absent during Reverie and when the Revs attacked.
