As a Yuji fan, seeing him finally get the better of Sukuna and strip him away from his confidence (like he did with Mahito) would be extremely satisfying

But Sukuna is at a level that is completely out of reach for current Yuji, that is just me being realistic. He has too deep of an arsenal to use against a kid that maybe unlocked some sort of CT.

Add on top of that the merger of Tengen with the Japanese population, the subsequent creature that will be created, and Kenjaku's schemes in general, there's too many OP threats left.

Best case scenario atm, something that would ruin the power dynamic the least, would be for Yuji to somehow switch souls with Megumi after Sukuna has been weakened enough.

I expect Gojo to die before or just after megumi is reverted,

There are only 2 ways for Gojo to take the W.
1. He dies taking down Sukuna.
2. He takes down Sukuna but he's incapable of fighting anymore because of his injuries and his stamina being depleted.

This outcomes will make it so Gojo isn't able to steamroll every enemy that is left and thus, the other characters could also shine and the plot itself wouldn't be meaningless.
However, imo, Gojo losing is going to be/should be outcome for this fight.

I never said that Yuji will not do anything against Sukuna, he will have his moment and he will save Megumi but the one who will kill Sukuna is Gojo, Yuji has been an exorcist for 3 weeks but he will succeed in killing the King of Curses because he is the mc
