I can't wait for Sanji being the chef of his own restaurant near All blue, the only thing is I don't know if it will be Nami at his side or Pudding (I hope Nami but it will likely be Pudding).
I can imagine Sanji monitoring his whole kitchen and restaurant with FS and top scale COO.

The reason I don't ship him with Nami, is that I don't wanna get invested in a ship that I know won't occur in canon.
I know other people ship their fantasy pairings regardless, but for me, it's gotta be consistent with the series' philosophy and actually has a chance of coming true. It has to make sense with regards to the character's personalities as well.
So obviously I don't care about any Luffy ships, since that man has no capabilities of romantic feelings
Oda will never have a strawhat romantic relationship be canon, the only one that has a chance is maybe....maaaybe Frobin. But that chance is maybe 1% and that 1% is contingent upon Oda completely changing his view on inter crew romance by the epilogue.
I actually shipped him with Viola before Pudding was introduced. She seemed to genuinely like him. But now, Pudding is the ship that makes the most sense, and had the most canon build up.

Yeah Pudding x Sanji has the best chance of becoming true. But I still don't (can't) give up the Sanji x Nami.
For Luffy I think for the epilogue Oda will make him dad or marry or engaged with someone like Shanks or Roger, even if given current Luffy character it doesn't really have sense.
