Katakuri still blitzes the likes of Akainu and Aokiji though.

That was a retired rusty Rayleigh who hadn't picked up his sword in 2 decades.

Garp has been active this entire time tho, and he was Roger's rival so of course he can one shot any YC even in old age

Also these are two diff situations. Garp is getting targeted by BBP while the Pacifista target were the SH not Ray

Kaido copied Snakeman's pattern. You can't copy speed. You need to be physically fast enough to react and Kaido managed to operate at Snakeman speeds in his Dragon form, which is his slowest form. Snakeman isn't half as fast as you think it is.
