Only because Garp is on a different level doesn't mean every attack he throws in his life are on a completely different level as well.

Garp after being stabbed barely lifted Shiryu above his head and gave him a casual haki-less slam. It didn't even cause any destruction. Katakuri went all out and created a huge ass hole.

His attack was definitely stronger.

Outside of Lunarian defense that soaks up any damage (even though King even in flames on started to display concern), Zoro obliterated King.

Once again, in both examples you mentioned regarding Luffy and Zoro, their use of Acoc was clumsy at first, and only later were they able to use it correctly. That's the simple reason behind it. Similarly, since it hasn't been stated anywhere that Kuzan has basic COC or is using Acoc, he doesn't possess it. It's as simple as that.

Can this change? Of course, if Oda declares it in the next chapter.


Using Zoro as an example, a Zoro who was unaware of even having basic COC, let alone Acoc, doesn't change anything, as I mentioned before. Zoro and Luffy both used Acoc clumsily. Zoro demonstrated it during his Ashura attack, where Kaido even asked Zoro if he had Conqueror's Haki. Luffy, on the other hand, was rough and clumsy in his use of Haki, as confirmed by Kaido himself after defeating him.

That is a W in itself as far as I’m concerned. It’s taken years for the people on your side of the debate to accept that the admirals are exceptionally skilled and well rounded fighters, even without counting their exceptional devil fruits.

I think this was aCoC and most if not all admirals have it. I don’t necessarily like it. A large part of the appeal of the admirals to me is that they aren’t “chosen ones.” The odds are stacked in their favor with their access to the best devil fruits and the best training, but not who they were at birth, and not by being aligned with the main character.

CoC verges on flying in the face of that. But Oda has watered down the concept and made it a lot more common than one would’ve expected when it was introduced.

This wasnt AdCoC, give it up. Also, lets not give Kuzan's feats/portrayals to other admirals, the others are not Garp's student.

And having a clumsy COC does not mean he don't have it, he just don't know how to play with it but has it because he did some hit wit it.

How do you think CoC clash happens? They unleash CoC when attacking each other lol

Same with any CoC user

Don't confuse Coating (coating your attacks or arms/weapons with CoC) with basic unleashing of CoC

Yea Kuri combined all he got and put 105% into that slam while Garp was freshly stabbed and merely pinned down Shiryu.
