Nope I'm not, his ability takes time to cast, Luffy has Gear 2nd and Advanced Armament Haki( both versions). Combine the 2 abilties above and Apoo would be blitz to kingdom come.

Especially with Advanced Armament Haki level 2 Internal Destruction haki punches combined with Gear 2nd Gattling

Luffy is being nerfed so hard.
