Well, we dont know how good he is at other aspects of combat but I wouldn't be surprised if he was a very solid martial artist with well rounded Haki skills

Sanji can fight with hands in his pockets/smoking a cig multiple times. He uses them to cover his ears and it's a low diff for Sanji. Apoo has not secret martial art technique that can keep up with Black Leg Style + Okama/Newkama Kempo

I did see theories about him being on Wano because dragon tattoos etc. as a method of foreshadowing

The whole mistaken identity theme of his too (being named after the game Who's Who) this does fit perfectly

Don't see why this fight should even happen tho.
But if Sanji would fight him, for whatever reason, RS headphones would probably negate his DF and Apoo would get doodo'd on.
Sanji was wrecking a F6 Zoan user who are all but physical strength and close combat - doubt Apoo is as strong as P1 in close combat. Apoo wouldn't stand a chance.

Yh but Whos Who is a swordsman. Unless Gin changrd his fighting style, grew out his hair and dyed it. Theres little chance of him being Whos Who.
