There are two cases which you often see here
Case 1 - kizaru is strong but Saturn is weak.
Multiple issues with this one
1) If kizaru goes down then Saturn being weak means he can't get seras back which doesn't make sense anyway because I don't think SHs are getting seras as of now.
2)Goes against Gorosei portrayal - till now their portrayal reflects them being super strong than being weak.
Case 2 - Kizaru and Saturn both are strong.
I don't see Saturn falling at egghead...
Not even once oda introduced a big shot for the first time and made Luffy defeat him quickly. Kaido and BM was defeated after 6 years.
Shanks, Mihawk,BB, Dragon remains undefeated.
Whitebeard is the only exception but he wasn't defeated by Luffy.
Another thing is Gorosei are the ones who rule the WG and they are five in numbers. If Saturn goes down then it will take away the hype from others as well.
Saturn going down also contradicts the way oda writes - if people think WG is EOS opponent and they will fall during final war then oda will keep WG at it's max strength till that time. This is important because Luffy will wage war against WG when he will be PK with allies all over the world.
Also, if people think Saturn is going down then it will set Luffy on the path of direct conflict with WG right now because losing a Gorosei will definitely make WG retaliate so they can't be EOs opponent then.... which itself doesn't make sense as of now.
So, I don't think Saturn is getting defeated here.
This leaves us with only two scenarios
1)Kizaru goes down but Saturn gets hyped
2) Both kizaru and Saturn comes out of it fine ...
I am fine with both of these scenarios. Only reason I think second is even possible is because Luffy was shown interested in escaping than fighting.

- If the Elders are stronger than the Admirals, at least 1 or 2 the Admirals have to fall otherwise it makes no sense to reach in the final war with almost 10 high top tiers in WG's side. They would be unbeatable and Oda wont be able to handle 3-4 Admirals going all out at the same time.
- If Saturn is indeed stronger and falls down at Egghead after a fierce battle i dont think it would hurt the Gorosei image, afterall they arent Luffy's enemies, Imu is the main bad guy.

I think oda just left this final saga part so zoro can improve his CoO for mihawk fight If the next fight is Shiryu the guy is invisible coby a good CoO user couldn't detect him and the guy was too fast for someone like garp but zoro has good reaction sets i don't know what pu can come with CoO yet is time for a black blade?I think against mihawk or just the fight before him is FS

Motherflame can affect whole world amd cause many islands to vanish while the main island it was used on is desintegrated leaving a massive hole in its place, its literally multi islands level minimum. If Zoro cut it even if its in a combo attack with luffy then he will be far above even island level in attack power by feat imo.

- The Admirals are the subordinates of the Gorosei.

Yeah bro i never denied those things but their performance against Sabo wasnt clear enough.
I'm sure Oda did it that way so the fans cant decide if these guys are really strong or just capable fighters.
The only thing i'm sure of is that the final war cant have both the Admirals & Gorosei.
One of the these two groups or at least some characters of each group have to fall before that.
