I see people think very highly of admirals. Sure, they are your favourites for you (those who like them), but at the end of the day you have to remember this is Luffy's story and his crew's story. The admirals are basically the villains of the story, not the protagonists. Sooner or later they will be nothing more than a memory to the crew. An obstacle to surpass and defeat, that's all they are! Fodder basically, just longer lasting fodder than the usual fodder.

Never forget that.

Even in East Blue his speed was same as current Sanji's speed since he went invisible

Because Luffy was so angry he busted out his strongest form off the bat, and because Nika looked like a raisin after their scuffle which involved Nika cheapshotting Lucci half the fight because his focus was on Sentomaru. And Lucci only walked away with the same damage Goofy and Zoro did after their seraphim scuffles.

It's like Luffy using G4 on the beast pirate ship and the Numbers, not a big deal. You think Lucci would've got a chance against Luffy with Roc Moves?
