Oda is weird for sureIt's only with female enemies that Zoro looks super dominant : making Monnet freeze in fear, disrespectfully owning that melanated woman (from Baroque works)
It's really weird how it's only Zoro fighting these melanated people

Zoro and Mihawk were never enemies. There never was any animosity that could have changed with them becoming friends.
Their fight is an ambition that has nothing to do with morals, friendship or loyalties. They both have the same reasons to fight they had before becoming friends (if that's what they are). Mihawk himself worded that he would "train Zoro to gun for his head".
They will fight seriously, and Zoro will defeat him, but that doesn't mean he will kill Mihawk either despite the seriousness of the fight. The Straw Hats fight with no restraints 100% of the times and they never really kill their foes (except probably Kaido... after falling into a volcano). And they will both love the fight: Zoro will achieve his dream, and Mihawk will get the duel he's supposedly craving.
