Well yeah Enma makes the user use up a lot of haki.

So if Zoro is using Enma he's using haki in his slash and not just a hakiless swing it's a bit embarrassing to be blocked by a base leg.

Zoro already tamed Enma and his output with it varies a lot. He can go from not hurting base Kaido's neck with a blitz technique to making dragon Kaido bleed with an AoE technique. The blade changes nothing now.

Being blocked by Lucci of all people using his armament is fine, too. On one hand he has rokushiki and his legs are pretty much blades themselves, and on the other hand his CoA tied with Luffy's earlier this arc, so you're trashtalking Luffy.
