Possible, the hair outline matches, bt it also doesn't necessarily make it Bakugo. Authors usually copies other characters designs to make new ones.

Bt for nw I will buy this theory. My main reason is, Author choose to hid it as silhouette when he didn't need to and also revealed other OFA users bt not him, hinting it somehow is connected to current storyline and is a character we knows, or will influence the story in future. So makes it highly possible and time travel could be one of the quirks.

Tho like you i am also not fan of time travel unless implemented perfectly which most authors can't. I also think fans would rather want to see how well Bakugo grow up as Hero alongside Deku, continuously competiting among emself to surpass each other. That is essential for their max growth. Maybe this might come into play too much into the future, when Deku n Bakugo have grown up to become best Heroes.

Frankly I can even see a world where there are no more quirks at EOD and the heroes are just ultra trained person. And Deku will be the best one.

Yes and this is a problem , the singularity of quirks makes the new generations too powerful. Generation after generation the new quirks are more powerful, in no time the quirks will be a huge threat for the whole world.
