You got Ryuu Sen making the jump from 500-Man Commander to 3K Commander? I definitely think he's got the potential to get that far and be something of a mini Buddha equivalent for the HSA, but that's an impossible jump - even if Shin had full discretion on handing out promotions.
Basing this just on my perception of these officers, I think if anyone gets the bump to 3K Commander, it's So Sui. I think So Sui will remain at Shin's side for many years to come and eventually serve as his deputy. He's also got great stats for his age and rank (STR 81 LDR 85 INT 85) and he possesses all the qualities desired in a competent officer and loyal vassal - which is really how I see the relationship between Shin and So Sui, more so than any other dynamic in the HSA, that of a lord and his vassal.
Suu Gen ans Ga Ro are also possibilities by virtue of their respective positions as Infantry Commander and experienced special unit commanders, but I expect them and the rest of these hold these ranks in a best case scenario.

I doubt it. When Hara established Kaine and Ten's relationship and when Kaine came to have romantic feelings for Riboku, I started to think that what was roughly going to eventually happen is that Kaine will become pregnant with Riboku's child, Riboku will die (whenever that happens), Zhao will crumble and Kaine will seek protection from Ten/Shin in order to raise her and Riboku's child.
