Now just from design its clear that Yamato is not bad (shackles), so its interesting if the Ace even exists within Kaido's crew.
Basically:
- Kaido is the Ace (not yet mentioned as such)
- The Ace exists and is not yet at the party (is the PH character possibly)
- The Ace does not exist at all and for some reason, Oda left the value out.
He also already has the vibe. Idk why, but just from a few text spoilers and these 2 pics, I can quite literally see this person joining Luffy's crew for the same reasons as Oden.
It took long for Zuko to become a better person, to realize the error of his ways and to rebel against his father.
And he was not a good guy yet when saving Aang as the Blue Spirit.
I know but I don’t think it matters, the similarities are still there. Zuko was already a good guy when he saved Aang though, he’s always been a good person trying to act like a thug. His humanity is the reason he got banished and lost his honor to begin with.

He had humanity but he was not a good guy yet, he still had antagonistic traits and it took a long time before he finally saw the error of his ways and to become a better person.
Assuming Yamato is at least Toppi Roppo level, the Alliance is way too fucking stacked, especially with the BMP virtually out of the game and the Beast Pirates literally wanting to kill eachother
