Okay, maybe he will try to encourage her, or try to solve her problem, and then let her decide whether she wants to join him or not, but he won't force her to join him
He encouraged him to join, but for those who are ruling their countries Luffy lets them decide whether they want to join him or just stay in their country and manages it

No. What Luffy does, is going through the self lies of the character. What he would say to Carrot to Carrot in such a situation is "Get on I don't care!!"
Again, Apples and Oranges.
Vivi does want to sail but she wants to be there for her Kingdom. So she makes a decision.
Yamato wants to sail but can't, otherwise leaving Wano unprotected and would make Wano a target for Oppression once more.
So it's a waiting game but after that She will join.

No panel shows that she didn't make this choice freely, this is just your interpretation, in fact the story shows that she made the choice knowing full well the consequences and in FULL FREEDOM. The reality is that Yamato made a simple choice. And in storytelling, a choice that involves so much is the signal of the END of an arc of character, not the beginning. Again, if you deny this choice for Yamato, you also deny it for Vivi as this is the SAME choice.
And this is where you lack evidence. I explained in great detail how the panels show this, and your entire argument is "no it doesn't". You can't just make a claim with no evidence and expect people to listen, especially when, by your own admission, 99% of the forum agrees with my interpretation over yours.
Do you even listen to yourself. Vivi Is the Princess to her Kingdom.
Yamato isn't. But she's going to protect it since nobody can atm (Oda's dumbass bullshit right here)

Why would you think that Carrot is lying on herself ?!, her people really needs her, she's the ruler of the Minks right now. also Luffy never seemed to want Carrot to join

1 - Yamato's story is not over, Oda ended Wano on her making a choice against her will 2 - Yamato's story is over, Yamato choosed to stay on Wano because she wanted to thus making her own choice in front of her dad and her idole.
Let me ask you one thing:
What is most likely for a storyteller with such a track record like Oda ? That he wrote something negative like option 1 or something positive like option 2 ?

I ask you again, do you consider Vivi as not necessary to her Kingdom ?
