You know, Zolo, I gotta disagree this time. The reason why is because that is a facet of a low-trust society, which is, in my opinion, dangerous for the human condition. Old Soviet states and modern day China are examples of such countries. We need to at least have the illusion of trust in our neighbours or communities. The alternative is a society of people who are isolated, who are paranoid of their fellow man or woman, and then betray them or do not help them in need.
