No. However, the way of conquest and war was common in those ages. Since I believe the concept of indigenous is ridiculous, I cannot really say that specific land belongs to a group.
This is a tough one that I don't particularly know the answer to. No, but history is also written by the victor, in a sense. So it becomes justice in history, but it usually was not justice.
