Yes, Kuma knew 2 years in advance that CP7, CP8... wouldn't be sufficient to take down Vegapunk.

Kuma knew that CP0 would also not be sufficient.

More surprisingly, Kuma FORESHADOWED that Kizaru wouldn't be able to kill Vegapunk because of Nika's presence in Egghead.

Even more intriguingly, Kuma knew that Saturn would accompany Kizaru and that Saturn would land on Egghead after Kizaru fails his mission.

Kuma certainly has an advanced form of future sight /s.

There's a stark difference between Spandam and Saturn. Spandam was always a non-combatant and never carried any sort of story significance like Saturn does. Saturn revealed himself to be the mastermind behind this incident and now he is personally dealing with the strawhats and vegapunk. Kizaru is the secondary antagonist cause his main thing was following orders and killing vegapunk, but he clearly doesn't want to do it on a personal level. Saturn on the other hand wants to kill everybody, and he represents a higher authority in both portrayal and power.

Spandam was also the mastermind behind water 7. Lucci was just following his orders to the end.

Just because Saturn has some hax abilities doesn’t mean he’s stronger than Kizaru and again between Kizaru and Saturn kizarus made a much bigger impact on the arc because he’s the primary antagonist.

He’s hurt luffys friends. He destroyed their escape route. He’s trying to kill Vegapunk.

Why are you comparing VPs prototype to an ancient robot/weapon that probably far surpasses what his can do?

It being used as a factor for escape as nothing to do with the fact that it can also be the one to show up and attack Saturn.

The blatant contextual clues are Luffy activating the drums of liberation, fighting Saturn and "liberating" Bonney, and her /getting reminded/connecting the dots. Simple. It being the ancient robot or even Kuma makes no sense ignoring his condition considering it was Kuma thats in the flashback telling her that about the warrior of liberation and its lore, but then he himself showing up and Nika, not/AKA Kuma just lied. Lol.

At best Kuma will show up to witness Luffy in his G5 form freeing Bonney and both of them getting the epiphany
This moment has been foreshadowed since 1061:

My prediction about zoro vs kizaru.
Kizaru will try to stop luffy but zoro will cut him and kizaru will fall down (he won't recover yet) similar it has happened on sabaody

Sanji will get the chance to take another L because Oda hates him for no reason.

Then Zoro comes back to fight Kizaru like in Sabaody Arc.
