" Kuma traveled around the world searching a cure for Bonney's disease. He visited all islands where he sent Straw Hat crew during Sabody incident: he talked with people of Torino Kingdom, with scientists from Weatheria, with Heracles in the Boin Archipelago "
So Kuma can only send people to the places he has already visited.
" King Bulldog visited the church with his mother Conney. Bonney tried practising her transformation while she looked at Conney, so her old form becomes very similar to Conney "
forgive my confusion but what about this particular spoiler makes you think something was changed?
Like I clearly believe stuff was changed from Sabaody(Oda has said as much), but what about this Conney reveal (that was only a mystery since it happened in he reverie) makes you believe something has changed?

Yea , Yonkou system , warlord system , WSS , WSM , WSC , Admiral system , War , Every arc having fights , most rated chapters are fights , most watched and invested episodes are fight.
The idea in its pure form does make sense though.
On one extreme you have the WG, or rather the Gorosei and Imu, who do everything for themselves, therefore for selfish reasons. Each of their actions serves only to maintain and reinforce their status.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Dragon does everything to gain the necessary power to dethrone Imu and his five henchmen, even if it means sacrificing his comrades/friends to do so. Dragon's is a selfless pragmatism that forsakes the individual in favor of the big picture, or the "greater good" so memed about. So Dragon doesn't shy away from letting his nakama die if it means that in return he will gain an army strong enough to defeat the WG. What matters is the end goal, not the immediate suffering of the single.
Since both are extremes, both are wrong.
Which is why they're both around, unchanged.
This is where Luffy and the SHs come in. They are the middle ground. They will fight for the greater good without sacrificing the individual. Luffy will challenge the status quo represented by the WG, like Dragon wants to, but, unlike Dragon, he won't abandon his nakama, nor will Luffy ask anybody else to sacrifice themselves in order to bring the WG down. That's the essence of Nika. Anybody who's selfless enough can be a revolutionary. But only the most selfless of all, who won't sacrifice any one life, embodies Nika's will. It's Luffy's/Nika's burder alone to take on Imu and what he represents. It's Luffy's/Nika's fight alone to bring the Dawn. The SHs and the SH Fleet might help; but Luffy would never ask for their martyrdom.

I think Conney and Bonney were supposed to be related.
Oda changed it.
Oda may have changed many things from original idea after wano arc and Nika reveal.

Naah,
- vegapunk didn't even knew he's bucanneer unless he checked
- pacifista idea was coined here
- dragon and Ivankov have whatsoever no idea about it.
- dragon only wanted to help and have him access to vegapunk when he's at lowest security because he said he will ask/help to others for the disease.
