Dude, Zoro got sick from x2 drug damage, which was shown in the manga. King and Enma dealt 30% damage at best. The rest is x 2 hakai. Luffy is literally in a coma, Kizaru is on the phone. These are different things. Kizaru looks better in this fight.

Still amusing seeing people desperately trying to claim a defeat when Kizaru hasn’t even pulled out anything higher than a regular laser beam.

The clones were just a distraction while Kizaru was busy strangling Usopp. Same with the kick to just get Luffy out of the way.
Kizaru hasn’t used any high end attacks intended to take out Luffy because he was just expecting him to run out of his form.

Lucci is spewing blood, his eyes are white, and he’s exclaiming that Luffy’s power is insane, and ends up knocked out completely. Luffy isn’t incapacitated, though he’s dried up.
Kizaru says “this isn’t good”, appears to be mildly concussed, but is fully conscious when he’s on the ground while Luffy is completely out, not even capable of moving a muscle.
Luffy is clearly in worse shape vs Kizaru, while Kizaru is clearly in better shape than lucci.
Neither had the upper hand here.
If Luffy gets up and Kizaru doesn’t, I’ll change my mind. But as of now, they’re both out for the count, and frankly Luffy is in worse shape despite him being the one who threw the punch.
