One thing that I agree with is that the world need an arbiter. A superpower that is actually committed to democracy and respects international law (to a reasonable extent) But that's never gonna happen as long as governments and private interests supersede the greater good just to satisfy their short term political and monetary goals.

Ideally,each continent would have a couple of superpowers to balance things out.Concentration of power leads to abuse,the more decentralized power is,the better.
